Job Description

Our client is looking to onboard an Administrator to provide additional support duration a busy period. The successful post holder will carry out core administrative duties for example, data inputting, word processing, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue, return and update registration documents, undertaking checking and enquiry procedures and processing changes
  • Provide a dispatch and receipt service for mail and fax machine* Scan, open and internal delivery of mail
  • Issuing, Return of Information Forms, Enquiry Forms and Valuation Notices
  • Maintain property transaction & survey databases and maintain the property, appeals and map filing systems
  • Follow up on non-returned, incomplete or unclear returns
  • Compose and issue both written and verbal standard responses to queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum four Standard Grades (or equivalent) including English and Math’s. IT literate and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Customer focused with a friendly telephone manner. Excellent communication skills. Exhibit attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work produced. Effective organizational skills with an ability to priorities workload. Ability to work under pressure and balance conflicting demands.
