Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team to manage the recruitment process in accordance with the Charity’s recruitment and selection policy, providing a professional, comprehensive, and timely end-to-end recruitment service. Key part of the role will be supporting the implementation of our new system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Oracle (MC Candidate Management System) is used for managing all steps in the recruitment process i.e. Advertising, Shortlisting, Interview and New Starter forms.
  • Updating Oracle in a timely and accurate manner and be responsible for the integrity of held data on that system.
  • Sourcing advertising options and determining the most effective recruitment methods and media sources.
  • Communicate and update the line managers and candidates on all stages of Recruitment and Pre-employment processes on a regular basis.
  • Checking validity of candidate documents and ensure checks are carried out in line with regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment administration including capturing campaign costs in Oracle to ensure that the process is as efficient and consistent as possible.
  • Liaise with the Marie Curie Pre-employment Administrator provider to ensure that all required pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures and timescales.
  • Draft and issue offer letters and Contracts of employment in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that selected candidates have a positive recruitment experience and therefore, good first impression of Marie Curie

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we are looking for: Significant and recent experience of high-volume complex recruitment. activates across a multi- site environment. Prior experience of using applicant tracking systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills.
