Job Description

Main Purpose: Administrator for Fire and Security Department
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Logging all jobs on Maximo.
  • Log all jobs in accepted contracts.
  • Log all jobs into Contract Analysis.
  • Assign jobs to engineers (as advised by Service Managers)
  • Assign PPM;s to engineers (as advised by Service Managers)
  • Send completed PPM forms to clients.
  • Save PPM forms from Pylon to job folders.
  • Inform surveyors of completed works when paperwork is completed.
  • Internal orders to procurement.
  • Instructions to specialist Sub-Contractors.
  • Logging reactive jobs onto Alarm Master and onto weekly spreadsheet.
  • Closing down reactive and maintenance jobs on Alarm Master and matching up the job reports.
  • Updating spreadsheet when jobs are complete including appropriate callout charges
  • Reporting back to client with updates on live jobs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge required of Maximo. Pylon. Excel. Confident Telephone Manner. Good attendance. Works well under own initiative. Team player.
