Job Description
- Booking engineers paperwork manually onto electronic system
- Manage engineers timesheets ensuring deadlines met
- Enter utilization sheets & provide summaries / reports
- Provide support for engineers for PPE, overalls, tooling etc.
- Organize all training, medical & calibration requirements for engineers
- Assist & monitor progress with new electronic paperless system
- Phone coverage for all departments overflow
- Cover reception welcoming customers/suppliers
- Handle & review customer contracts including updating costs, renewals & raising new contracts
- Provide assistance to the service controllers when required i.e. chasing customers for information & raising estimates.
- Act as cover for sales administrator role when required
- Run weekly work in progress report
- Process expenses for service manager & supervisors
- Ad hoc booking of hotels & flights when required
- Order all stationery requirements for the company
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communicator. Flexible. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good time keeper. Excellent Microsoft excel & word skills (PowerPoint desirable). Administrative experience. Understanding of the service business. CDK (Kerridge) experience is essential.
