Job Description
  • Booking engineers paperwork manually onto electronic system
  • Manage engineers timesheets ensuring deadlines met
  • Enter utilization sheets & provide summaries / reports
  • Provide support for engineers for PPE, overalls, tooling etc.
  • Organize all training, medical & calibration requirements for engineers
  • Assist & monitor progress with new electronic paperless system
  • Invoicing
  • Phone coverage for all departments overflow
  • Cover reception welcoming customers/suppliers
  • Electronic filing
  • Handle & review customer contracts including updating costs, renewals & raising new contracts
  • Provide assistance to the service controllers when required i.e. chasing customers for information & raising estimates.
  • Act as cover for sales administrator role when required
  • Run weekly work in progress report
  • Process expenses for service manager & supervisors
  • Ad hoc booking of hotels & flights when required
  • Order all stationery requirements for the company

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communicator. Flexible. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good time keeper. Excellent Microsoft excel & word skills (PowerPoint desirable). Administrative experience. Understanding of the service business. CDK (Kerridge) experience is essential.
