Job Description
You will work within a small, friendly team and will be provided with the necessary tools to succeed in the role, as well as ongoing support beyond your initial, comprehensive training. The role is also Flexible to make working life easier.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include
- Administration of the PM (CMMS) system
- Maintaining records of Maintenance activities
- Maintaining statutory inspections and records
- Maintaining the site lifting equipment register, ensuring regular maintenance, examination and testing is carried out and any deficiencies are promptly addressed
- Monitoring stocks of Maintenance consumables and ordering replenishment stocks as necessary (stores, deliveries, stock take audits create and maintain MM)
- Maintain vendor (suppliers) list (vendor packs)
- Maintain contractor list
- Raise requisitions, Receipting of incoming spare parts and maintenance consumables
- Maintain contractor records
- Maintain and issue work permits
- Site Inductions
- Maintain engineering database
- Administration of the MRQ system
- Adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Performing other duties within capability, as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
SAP Experience. Strong organizational skills. Able to work well under pressure. Strong administrative skills, including computer literacy and document control. Experience of Microsoft Office. The ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. The ability to work cooperatively as part of a small team in a faced paced environment. Work experience in an Engineering Office, Maintenance office or Engineering Supply environment would be beneficial.
