Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator with a passion for Microsoft 365 and a strategic, business and service-oriented mindset for this versatile role with responsibilities ranging from the technical administration of the application, security updates, governance, and change management for the maximization of Weir’s investment and functionality of M365.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams, …)
• Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking)
• Azure AD: AAD Connect, PTA, PHS, MFA, Graph API…
• EMS – Intune for MDM and client management
• Threat Protection – Microsoft Defender, Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Azure Security Center, Advanced Threat Analytics
• Identity and Access Management - ADFS for authentication, Azure Conditional Access, SAML, MFA, Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure Identity Management
• Information Protection - Azure, Azure AD Connect and Premium, Azure Information Protection/RMS, Domain Services, PKI and Certificate Services
• Assist with the Weir Information Services and Technology (IS&T) Transformation Programme
• Strategize with the programme manager and global M365 team
• Enhance and develop functionality to support business and IS & T Programme objectives in M365
• Provide project management/coordination for major solutions
• Collaborate with clients on the best approach to enable and advance M 365; consult with technical owners on business process improvement and automation according to best practices and obtain functional, technical and design requirements
• Design, develop, and implement M365 workloads to support the IS & T Programme
