General Administration tasks, inbound and outbound calls, appointment booking, stakeholder email correspondence, scanning, diary management and liaising with various teams – MI, IT, Clinical etc.
Ensuring Optima standards are always followed and GDPR guidance is adhered to.
Meeting clinical governance standards by adhering to principles of confidentiality, access to medical records and preventing data breech
To deliver and maintain the highest standards of healthcare administration, in line with Optima Health’s standards and values.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Evidence of a good standard of general education. Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Math. Good command of the English language. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software, particularly Excel. Experience of working in occupational health / medical or healthcare environment desirable. Previous experience of working in a highly confidential environment. Experience of working within a fast paced office environment is desirable.
