Job Description

They offer individuals and businesses advice on the full spectrum of wealth planning.
We are seeking an Office Manager, who will be responsible for day to day management of the administration team and also contribute to implementation of new processes and procedures.
Specifically you'll be responsible for ensuring client files are updated in a timely manner and responsible for the production of client facing reports in line with current regulations.
You will be looking after the administration process on an ongoing basis, maintain TCF and compliance checking file systems, processing new business, responsible for the creation and implementation of research for all asset and product types and taking ownership of ad hoc Office projects.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are seeking someone who has strong staff management experience from within an Independent Financial Advisory firm. You will have strong experience of dealing with allocation of duties, supervision of staff, staff appraisals, monitoring and recruitment for administrative teams. Any detailed technical product knowledge you have across Investments, Pensions and Life products or any knowledge of processes and procedures within administration and paraplanning will be to your advantage. Intelligent Office experience is essential. Diploma in Financial Advice would also be an advantage.
