Main responsibilities
Managing a sales inbox and responding to customer orders and queries in a timely manner.
Processing Client Orders
Answering inbound calls from our clients and staff and ensuring that we maintain 1 call resolution for our customers.
Processing Delivery Notes
Managing a back order report
Processing Returns for items that need to be sent back to supply chain and liaising with suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you will bring: You will have previous experience within a customer service environment, excellent communication and organizational skills to drive and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as the ability to work as part of a close knit team to deliver excellent results. You will also have a good level of Microsoft Office experience. You will have a great attention to detail to ensure we always fulfil our client’s expectations. You will have a warm and confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues. You must be able to think logically and have good problem solving skills. Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)
