To provide a quality administrative support to the business Management. Working to deadlines, using business systems and portals and following company policies to effectively provide the administrative support required for the management of our people, resources and facilities. Principle Accountabilities
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
Acknowledging & responding to incoming emails.
Develop strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
Assist purchasing administrator by placing orders via suppliers and following purchase order process.
Respond and resolve invoice queries raised by finance team.
Use company systems and databases in line with role requirement
Maintaining good general understanding of all administrative requirements and provide support to the administrative team when & where required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to Standard Grade/National Grade 4 level (English pass required). Business & administration experience. Excellent IT skills with an adept knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & Excel. Database experience. Good communication skills – in person, on telephone and written. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage workload effectively and priorities accordingly. Flexible attitude & approach. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt with the role. Determination to succeed and get things done. Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Administrative: 2 years (preferred). Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred).
