Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and bright individual with experience in sage accounts software. Must understand nominal codes, bank reconciliations and VAT returns.

A working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word is also essential.

Accounts is only part of the role.

The successful candidate will have a desire to become fully engaged in all aspects of our business. Other duties will include:

· Dealing with customer enquiries

· Ordering materials

· Dealing with customer orders

· Stock control

· Answering telephone and directing calls to the appropriate person

· Managing email inboxes

· Ad hoc administration tasks as may be required.

This is a full-time job with working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 with half hour for lunch.
