Job Description

Due to increased volumes, our clients are looking to add to the existing team. It is imperative that you have worked within a demanding function, while delivering first class customer service.
Duties will include;

  • Administration of pension schemes
  • Processing annuities and life insurance policies
  • Responding to customers and members in an efficient and professional manner
  • Liaising with Financial Advisors to gather more information
  • Calculation of pension projections
  • Transferring of pension schemes
  • Arranging payments
  • Updating systems and processing data accurately, within set timescales
  • Using a variety of in-house systems

This is a temporary role, offering an immediate start.
