Job Description
Due to increased volumes, our clients are looking to add to the existing team. It is imperative that you have worked within a demanding function, while delivering first class customer service.
Duties will include;
- Administration of pension schemes
- Processing annuities and life insurance policies
- Responding to customers and members in an efficient and professional manner
- Liaising with Financial Advisors to gather more information
- Calculation of pension projections
- Transferring of pension schemes
- Arranging payments
- Updating systems and processing data accurately, within set timescales
- Using a variety of in-house systems
