The hours of work will be 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday, however this would be negotiable for the right candidate.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Take and process orders made by telephone, fax or email.
· Ensure all telephone calls are handled in a courteous and respectable manner.
· Deal with customer queries and complaints both efficiently and effectively and escalate to Sales Office Manager if necessary.
· Process sales data and process Invoices/credit notes as necessary.
· File all paperwork generated.
· Various Admin duties.
· Working on spreadsheets.
