Key Responsibilities:
· Interview experience (completion of a SIP3 call and questionnaire);
· Knowledge of the personal debt solutions market, products and the pros and cons of each solution as well as practical experience / knowledge of each from an implementation / administration perspective;
· Administration of a portfolio of personal debt solutions cases from beginning to closure;
· Experience of periodic reviews and ability to objectively review Income and expenditure reviews in line with legislation and guidelines;
· Supervision and training of other members of staff and support to Manager and insolvency practitioner;
· Experience of preparation and submission of Sequestration applications, where appropriate.
Your role will be based at our offices in Glasgow City Centre with flexibility to work from home. It is a full-time, permanent position and the hours will be Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00. There will also be occasions when interview/SIP3 calls will be required to be conducted in the evenings beyond these typical hours of operation.
