Key Responsibilities:

· Interview experience (completion of a SIP3 call and questionnaire);

· Knowledge of the personal debt solutions market, products and the pros and cons of each solution as well as practical experience / knowledge of each from an implementation / administration perspective;

· Administration of a portfolio of personal debt solutions cases from beginning to closure;

· Experience of periodic reviews and ability to objectively review Income and expenditure reviews in line with legislation and guidelines;

· Supervision and training of other members of staff and support to Manager and insolvency practitioner;

· Experience of preparation and submission of Sequestration applications, where appropriate.

Your role will be based at our offices in Glasgow City Centre with flexibility to work from home. It is a full-time, permanent position and the hours will be Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00. There will also be occasions when interview/SIP3 calls will be required to be conducted in the evenings beyond these typical hours of operation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are seeking an experienced insolvency administrator who must be able to work within a busy office environment. The candidate must be dedicated to client care and operate at the highest levels of service and will preferably have 2 years’ experience within the Scottish debt advice and insolvency sector. The successful candidate will have experience of administering a portfolio of personal insolvency clients. Conducting client interviews / call experience also advantageous. Experience: Insolvency Administration: 2 years (required)
