Job Description

You will ensure all queries are dealt with in an efficient manner and provide general administrative support to the corporate team. You will also be responsible for monitoring Health Safety compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities within your role will include:

  • Creating Reports and updates on Compliance measures within the company
  • Monitoring compliance on HS, Property, Fleet Management, licensing, Guest metrics and other areas of the business.
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained, clean and tidy, and compliant in all areas of Health and Safety Procedures.
  • Managing the meeting room diary and ensure all meetings are catered and set up as required.
  • Liaising with suppliers/landlord to ensure any faults or wear and tear of the office are fixed and maintained.
  • Greeting visitors and guests, switchboard management and dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Providing Administrative support to the Executive team and Line Manager, including but not limited to: minute taking, monthly report consolidation, arranging meetings and travel enquiries.
  • Supporting Operations Support team with Reporting and Follow up to actions.
  • Supporting with GDPR Admin tasks and general Admin duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in an administrative capacity within a similar office environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be well organized with a proactive attitude to work. You will also be a capable multitasked and able to work alone or as part of a team when required.
