Job Description

Working closely with the Accounts, Tax and Payroll departments, you will be supporting the smooth completion of a variety of administration tasks. In particular, this role will focus on the completion and filing of regulated forms, which are used by Companies House. Therefore, attention to detail is paramount.

You will be responsible for:

· Preparing, processing and filing these forms

· Updating the client database and ensuring all related platforms are correct

· Maintaining business trackers

· Ad hoc administration as required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You are part of a wider team, so a flexible attitude is essential. You will have similar administration experience, gained from a professional services environment and have solid MS experience including Word, Excel and Mail Merge. You will be able to demonstrate first class organizational skills and you will possess excellent communication skills.
