This role is newly created, and is working with our client, a Scottish leading industry specialist who pride themselves on building positive and enthusiastic team. They are looking to grow what is an already established Administration Team, so whilst you will be PA to Directors, you will also have the flexibility to support the wider team as required.
Working closely to provide support to 3 Directors in the business, your role will be bust and varied.
Responsibilities will include:
· Diary Management
· Liaising with clients
· Organizing client communications virtually, internally and externally
· Executive administration support around client communications and presentations
· Producing management information and reports
· Assisting with reception, wider admin support as and when required.
