- Experience and skills of working with a variety of service users across a range of disabilities
- Experience of working within a health and/or social care setting
- Experience of supervision of staff

- Counselling Skills.
- Ability to deliver training
- Ability to complete and use spreadsheets (Excel) and other IT based reports
