Job Description

You will proactively respond to any/ all alerts and notifications, ensuring adherence with SLAs and escalating where required, as well as dispatching emergency services where needed.

The Customer Service Coordinator will update patient records, raise requests for Engineers to visit customers where repairs and maintenance work is required.

Profile

The ideal person for the Customer Service Coordinator will:

  • Be caring in nature and able to build strong rapport/ relationships with people at all levels
  • Be available to work shift patterns covering days, weekends, nights and afternoons
  • Remain calm under pressure, managing incoming enquiries and administration support
  • Be a driver, able to get to a remote location in Worcestershire
  • Ideally have worked within customer service within a Healthcare setting
  • Have worked with end user customer
