Job Description

Reporting to the Responsive Repairs team and supported by a Repairs Manager and Repairs Supervisor, you will need to be a proven, confident and enthusiastic multi-skilled tradesperson with extensive knowledge from within a Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance background whilst having the aptitude to display excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a talent for delivering excellent customer service.

Our client is looking for a Multi-skilled Operative who has the ability to deliver an excellent repairs service with the successful candidate possessing relevant qualifications and/or experience in your primary trades as a plumber and carpenter with one or more specialist trades (e.g Cap & Cove Flooring, Part P Electrical, Locksmith). You will have excellent customer care and technical skills and enjoy working as part of an inclusive and diverse team with the capability and confidence in finding solutions to problems as an individual.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general repair & maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties as a member of their Responsive Repairs (Day to Day) team whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
