The main responsibilities of this role are to support the Customs Compliance and AEO Security Manager EMEA and team to ensure that all documents are prepared and processed accurately:
Support the processing of Letters of Credit to ensure timely shipment of product.
Complete online Chamber of Commerce Documentation accurately to ensure no delays at port of destination
Required to distribute documents to allow Dealers and Customers to import goods without penalty.
Support requirements associated with Documents and Sales to Finance Houses.
Accurate and timely management of the customs clearance process for all import and export activities.
Assist with the running of various month end reports to support VAT compliance, floor plan and tax month end.
The successful applicant will be subject to background checks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of internal customer service delivery, understanding needs of customers with the ability to resolve daily issues and escalate where appropriate. Ability to work within a team and contribute to team success. Must be able to work to deadlines. Microsoft Excel skills required. Good attention to detail and timekeeping skills. Ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) across teams & customers. Experience in a data entry, finance or tax related role is beneficial. Business or Finance related qualification beneficial.
