Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 5 years’ experience required as minimum in similar environment. - Experience of managing other office/admin staff within the office - Experience of maintenance/building work in a fast paced environment - Experience of dealing with trades people and capability to designate workload and complete/sign off tasks - Capable of managing and delegation of workload to other members of staff -Candidate will be liable for overseeing the general office tasks - Managing sales enquiries and ensuring that these are followed up in a timely manner - Liase with directors daily to ensure that all tasks are being completed Build and maintain relationships with clients/staff and sub-contractors - Finance/invoicing experience welcomed
