A full-time role for a highly motivated and driven Contract Manager, with a clear pathway to developing within the company.
Responsibilities include:
Surveying jobs to assess the work required.
Working with the companies pricing schedule to provide job costs.
Visiting sites to check that work is on schedule and to required standards.
Scheduling work and general support to the Operations Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a similar role. Qualifications, and/or a proven track record of success in a building trade. A construction related HND, degree or equivalent would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a drive to be successful. A positive mind set and a problem solver. Good attention to detail.
