Job Description

A full-time role for a highly motivated and driven Contract Manager, with a clear pathway to developing within the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Surveying jobs to assess the work required.
• Working with the companies pricing schedule to provide job costs.
• Visiting sites to check that work is on schedule and to required standards.
• Scheduling work and general support to the Operations Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in a similar role. Qualifications, and/or a proven track record of success in a building trade. A construction related HND, degree or equivalent would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a drive to be successful. A positive mind set and a problem solver. Good attention to detail.
