Job Description

You must have a passion and an appreciation for building design and architecture. This role is site based and will report directly with the Board.

The ideal candidate will take overall control of day-day site management of employees and sub-contractors. This will include the creation and management of project timeline to ensure the smooth running of the project and oversee logistics including sourcing materials from outside of the usual framework. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset but will also have relevant construction / RICS Project Manager qualifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have an ability to work quickly while at the same time paying attention to the level of detail required for safe operation on site and in your surroundings. A high standard of organization and time management as well as excellent interpersonal skills are important as is an ability to be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a high degree of flexibility.Previous experience with high-end residential construction projects is essential.
