You’ll be joining our Interoperability Assurance Team within the EMIS Partners department who provide a first class service to third party partners and organisations during the application, development and testing phases of the assurance process. Reporting into the Interoperability Assurance Manager, you'll work alongside other Technical Partner Executives, Business Development and Partner Account Executives.

We’re open to a wide range of previous industries and experience for this role, but it would be great if… • You have demonstrable communication and customer service experience with the confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders • Have some technical experience - an understanding of XML or API or experience with how data is exchanged between software systems would be particularly useful • Experience or exposure with supporting/implementing a product that has the ability to interoperate with another product • You’re a pro-active team player with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work logically under pressure
