This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a candidate looking to work three full days. It would be ideal if the successful candidate has previously worked in an Accountancy firm.
The main duties:
General office duties – email, mail, correspondence etc., coordinating the office
Work with admin team to ensure they plan and priorities workload
Assisting them with social media posts, client mailings
PA duties
Liaising with and being the first point of contact for clients
New client on boarding process, id checks, entering info on accountancy manager, tasks to client managers and following up
Awareness of money laundering and compliance with ACCA
Taking on research and development of new software
Team meetings - actions, ensuring they are carried out; preparation of statistics for meeting, agenda, action list
Management meetings – preparing agenda, reports, liaising with Partner
HR duties – holidays, recruitment, contracts of employment
Organize social events for team/clients, team away days, breakfast seminars, charity events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous office management experience is essential. Experience within an Accountancy Practice would be an advantage. First class communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Highly proficient in MS Office packages.
