Job Description

An exciting position has become available for an Administrator to join a friendly team based in Carluke. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week over five days (Mon-Fri) and will earn £9.50 per hour.

The candidate will provide all administrative support to the local team and also support our head office admin systems.

This post is subject to PVG and reference checks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone and taking/delivering messages
  • Directing enquiries
  • Email communications
  • Banking and petty cash handling,
  • Typing
  • Filing
  • Wages returns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication skills. A genuine interest in people. The ability to work positively as part of a team. Working knowledge of MS Office would be advantageous. Applications from people who have personal experience of mental health difficulties is encouraged.
