Job Description

My client has a unique opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Administrator to join their growing team. Post Covid restrictions the role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, ideally M-F. The role is initially offered on a contract basis with a strong potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities:

· Typing / reformatting documents

· Updating Excel spreadsheet

· Dealing with client calls

· Maintaining office stationery

· General administration support

· Binding and laminating business proposals

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work remotely:

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19

COVID-19 precaution(s):

  • Remote interview process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong technical administration skills with an eye for detail. · Experience of an Administration role within a Professional Services environment · Accurate and rapid computer skills are required · Articulate (written and verbal) · Well presented · Confident in dealing with people both by phone and face to face · Hard working and reliable · Numeracy and good English skills.
