Hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic apprentices to join their busy office. This vacancy will be supported by a Digital Applications Support apprenticeship delivered by QA. You gain valuable work experience to help your organizational and communication skills whilst earning a qualification at the same time! We are looking to arrange interviews soon with an immediate start in January available.
Start with a 12 month Digital Applications Support apprenticeship, using multiple systems including Joblogic and Microsoft Office applications to expertly handle all diaries, customer queries and managing all order forms.
· Working with Joblogic (our internal CRM system) to manage all diaries for our engineers
· Using Joblogic to manage, track and schedule jobs and making amendments if necessary
· Answering the telephone when necessary in a professional manner, making outbound calls to book appointments for engineers with clients
· Handling all customer email enquiries via Microsoft Outlook in a polite and professional manner
· Using the Microsoft package including Outlook, Excel and Word to keep all records, work orders and processed jobs up to date and compliant
· Scanning all paperwork documents and saving into appropriate folders
· Completing all general administration duties when required including photocopying and filing
· Working in a timely manner in a fast paced environment
