Job Description
  • Ensuring that all critical and relevant information is correctly recorded, right first time, within business-standard workflows with process failures challenged including implementing an appropriate corrective action plan.
  • Manage and develop all administration functions and support/development of office staff.
  • Creating and maintaining weekly performance KPIs for the team and issuing results to On-Site Operations Manager
  • Developing existing performance measures to ensure clear visibility of critical business processes within the flow of information through site Administration team.
  • Control of Payroll for site, ensuring right first time and on time, data input and submission
  • Supporting where possible other teams to enable and realize developments within internal administration processes
  • Critical super user for internal processes and tracking systems/databases driving process and data efficiencies within the business
