Manage and develop all administration functions and support/development of office staff.
Creating and maintaining weekly performance KPIs for the team and issuing results to On-Site Operations Manager
Developing existing performance measures to ensure clear visibility of critical business processes within the flow of information through site Administration team.
Control of Payroll for site, ensuring right first time and on time, data input and submission
Supporting where possible other teams to enable and realize developments within internal administration processes
Critical super user for internal processes and tracking systems/databases driving process and data efficiencies within the business
