Job Description

As a HR/Business Development Apprentice, you will become an important part of the business and will work alongside our client’s Practice Development Lead and HR Team. The successful candidate’s main duties will include, but not be limited to:

· Support the Practice Development Lead with scheduling courses to ensure a training calendar is available for all Residential staff.

· Support the Practice Development Lead with allocating trainers for scheduled courses and ensure these dates are booked into the trainer’s diary.

· Manage daily reports which show all the training requests/declines etc.

· Issue invitations to training via Cascade Learning.

· Manage venue/room booking or manage bookings on Zoom for learning taking place remotely.

· Make catering arrangements for any face-to-face training.

· Update Cascade learning with all attendance following events.

· Seek candidate feedback from facilitators following training.

· Monitor and report on training as directed by the Practice Development Lead.

· Ensure all training is logged, booked and reported in Cascade Learning using the systems to full capacity.

· Produce certificates after training courses and send these out to all staff members.

· Provide sign in sheet/evaluation forms for training courses.

· Support staff with the use the online training platform (Connect and learn)

· Provision of support to the HR Team when required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
