Job Description

We are looking for both a Sales and a Letting Administrator on a full time basis.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Contributing to the continued success of the sales and letting departments and the office as a whole
  • Arrange viewings
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate member of the team
  • Register applicants and regularly update the database of applicants
  • Advertise properties to the open market on platforms such as Right move, Zoopla etc.
  • Canvassing for new business using effective marketing tools to attract potential vendors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To Be Considered For This Role, Applicants Will Have Good IT skills. Smart appearance. Extremely Organized. Interpersonal (Honest, friendly and approachable!). Customer Service skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative. Knowledge of Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire areas. A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role. A full UK driving license with own car. Experience: administration: 2 years (preferred)
