We are a rapidly growing business and are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated, and organized Graduate Operations Coordinator/Administrator at our HQ in Glasgow City Centre to join a team continuing to develop an environment that is customer focused, nurturing, and exciting.

Duties include:
· Delivering coordination of all training resources within the business including trainers, equipment, training materials, training rooms, travel, and accommodation.
· Communicating with clients by phone and email and processing their training bookings on the company’s CRM system.
· Directing people for training to the appropriate place.
· Undertake any other duties as required to support the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business.
