Job Description

We are a rapidly growing business and are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated, and organized Graduate Operations Coordinator/Administrator at our HQ in Glasgow City Centre to join a team continuing to develop an environment that is customer focused, nurturing, and exciting.

We are ideally looking for candidates who can make a quick and eager start in a challenging yet hugely rewarding environment. We are looking for someone who is committed to self-development through study, on the job learning and is keen to achieve.

Duties include:

· Delivering coordination of all training resources within the business including trainers, equipment, training materials, training rooms, travel, and accommodation.

· Communicating with clients by phone and email and processing their training bookings on the company’s CRM system.

· Directing people for training to the appropriate place.

· Undertake any other duties as required to support the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business.

· Passionate about representing the business in a client facing role. · Good communication and time-management skills. · Organized individual with excellent attention to detail. · Proficiency in Microsoft Package e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
