Job Description

You will work with a strong project management team and report to the technical director.
You will be confident to add value on multiple new projects quickly.
You will work on a education projects, from feasibility studies and submitting the projects for planning.
The work will then pass to a lead design manager to run the live project on site.
You will be experienced on both pre construction, from a design management side working for the main contractor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have a strong main contracting background of commercial projects of up to £10M+ A variety of sector experience would be advantageous. Education project experience advantageous You will be able to start ASAP Long term freelance or temp to perm opportunity.
