As an Apprentice Scheduler, you will work as part of our client’s Scheduling Team. The Scheduling Team are the first point of contact for customers who require an engineer to carry out servicing or repair breakdowns on their equipment. The successful candidate’s main duties will include:
· Being first point of contact for engineering support to our customers on incoming phone calls/emails.
· Management of engineers’ scheduling diary.
· Raise breakdown cases on in-house client relationship system, assign to an engineer and keep customer updated. Follow any customer enquiry through to conclusion.
· Building clients relationships and providing quality care and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure you are providing a service which exceeds the company key performance indicators and agreed standards
· Respond knowledgeably to customer queries
