As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Production Department with a variety of administrative tasks, such as:
· Being first point of contact for customer enquiries; both calls and emails
· Communicating with clients to arrange site access
· Logging and tracking all client communication using in-house client relationship management system
· Producing KPI reports for the Senior Management Team
· Receiving and processing deliveries
· Order equipment and process jobs for Small Works team
· Sending client tracks in a timely fashion on a weekly basis
· Diary management
As well as entering full-time employment with a growing business, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to earn as they learn. Fully-funded for those aged 16-24, the successful candidate will complete a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration resulting in the achievement of a nationally-recognized and accredited SVQ in Business and Administration.
