Job Description

This is a brand new role within the Business, that allows for the successful new Project Manager, to make their mark and be the lead between the operations and finance departments of the company.

We are looking for someone Pro-active & experienced in Managing New Build, Residential Projects to join this lovely team.

? Management of employees and sub-contractor

? Creation of project timelines and Gantt chart

? Manage the smooth running of the project and oversee logistics and the correct delivery of materials

? On-site Health and Safety Management (RAMS), including initial H&S documentation preparation, including Construction Phase H&S Plan

? Co-ordinate site meetings with all stakeholders and generate construction reports

? Updates to operations manager (including photos) of WIP

? Upon site works completion, arrange a project handover meeting between the operations manager and customer

? Assist in system testing and commissioning

? On-site ownership of projects from acceptance of quote through to completion

? Ability to manage and travel between multiple projects

? Excellent organisational & team management skills, experienced in delivering demanding build programmes

? Overseeing of all projects, from start through to completion and report directly to the Director

? Assist in the liaison with customers, architects and engineers on all aspects of construction projects

? Lead weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works / action points

? Identify materials, workforce, tools etc needed for the project phases and arrange purchases & deliveries accordingly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

? Project Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. ? Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. ? Project management experience in the construction sector. ? Ability to work quickly while at the same time paying attention to the level of detail required for safe operation on site and in your surroundings. ? High standard of organisation and time management. ? Ability to act on own initiative and self-motivated, with a positive attitude ? Effective in all forms of communication. ? Attention to detail. ? To ensure works are completed safely to programme, budget and quality standards expected by the client in a professional and ethical manner adhering to commercial guidelines
