This role is working 4 days per week (30 hours) and is a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for all of the HR admin duties working alongside the wider HR team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring the HR system is updated accurately and all documents are uploaded for employees.
Ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation at all times.
In depth knowledge of working time directive and right to work regulations and verifying RTW checks as required
Creating HRIS records for hourly paid employees and complete relevant checklist each time, in addition ensuring holiday are calculated and uploaded correctly
Processing Levers on the HRIS
Processing amendment to contracts on the HRIS
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be reliable and have some recent HR experience. You should be immediately available and willing to work from home at present. This role is based in Glasgow will require working in the office in the near future. Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
