Drive sales through the use of regional showrooms.
To review dealer sales performance by scheduling and delivering on purpose monthly business reviews with all dealer accounts in the designated territory.
To attend and contribute to sales cover at required trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and clinical meetings.
Co-ordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training sessions on all relevant marketing programmes within the territory as required.
Successfully coach, coordinate, and conduct sales calls through the use of "Professional Selling Skills" techniques.
To effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals.
Effective use of consultative skills to discuss the dealer’s business needs and how our products can provide an effective solution for these.
Provide effective dealer sales support by delivering product, sales and service training, design consulting, retail sales assistance, installation and repair oversights, and follow-up, to maximise sales of products/equipment in the assigned territory.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 3 years sales experience • Distinguished track record of exceeding sales targets • Organisational ability: planning and execution • Account management experience • Financially aware and highly numerate • Educated to degree level • Project management experience • Strong verbal influencing skills • Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and marketing personnel • Confident and professional communicator • Computer literacy, adept in Word, Excel, PowerPoint • 'Can do’ positive attitude, business and target focused • Friendly and approachable 'people person' • Professional presentation • Able to travel overnight up to 4 nights per month, mobile, driving license
