The prospect is establishing and setting up the construction and development arm to an exiting business. Working within the local property management market alongside charities and housing associations, this companies aim is to provide value back to the community and house those who need it most. With an already successful and growing business of sourcing, letting and managing tenencies of existing properties, now is the time to step into the construction and development game.

In order to do so, we need you.

You'll need to know your way around small building and housing sites from a senior management, contractual, and commercial perspective if you're going to succeed in this role. With a current business development team in place, we'll be supplying you with clients and you'll need to supply the developments via land/building aquisition and delivery. Aiming for projects in the range of £500K-£5m, you'll be tasked with sourcing and managing the contractors to deliver the job also. With the first project already in place, we'll get you started on a £4.1m refurbishment and covnersion of a school to housing site.

With success in this role, you'll be developed into a director of this business and this is really something that can foster your entreprenuerial spirit. What we don't want is somebody solely looking for money - this business shares 50% of their profits with charities and anybody working in this field will need to share the same compassion and moralistic values of giving back to the community.
