Administrator

£25-30k depending on experience

Waltham Abbey

Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new position? My client are in the property industry and are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent person to support their office.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel to the Doncaster office occasionally.

This position has great scope to progress and develop for the right person.

Duties of the role:

  • Invoicing - checking and adding onto the in-house system
  • Dealing with paperwork and ensuring all details are correct
  • Adding information onto system
  • Tax certificates
  • Answering calls and queries
  • Adhoc administrative duties for the team

Requirements for the role:

  • Immediately available
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Confident self-starter and able to use initiative
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Happy to travel to the Doncaster office
