Job Description

The successful applicant will be able to implement construction project strategy and delivery programme, ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time, ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required

You will be required to lead the project team, manage the supply chain and to deliver the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality. A track record of successful delivery of construction projects is essential.

Requirements:-
*Controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets.
*Reading and accurately interpreting contract documents, programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
*Managing teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
*Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC / NVQ4 etc)
*Appropriate CSCS card
*First Aid at Work certificate
*A track record of delivering new build commercial projects between £15 - £30m in value
Our clients preference would be for a permanent appointment or a fixed term basis for the length of the project. However they would consider a freelance role if it suited both parties.
