Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role.  The role is to start immediately.  The position as Bid Manager will involve working as part of a supportive and hardworking team.
You will take pride in your work, take initiaitive, enjoy autonomy, be communicative, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Review tender documents and put together starter packs
Discuss and approve strategies
Understand and resolve complex issues
Manage the whole process from start to finish, including delegation to other team members and coordinating

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role you must have Bid Manager experience gained within the construction industry.  You will be available immediately.    


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Offering profit share for the right candidate • Part of a large independent recruiter agency • One of the leading independent construction agencies in the UK • Not a cold start up office • Not driven by KPIS or unrealistic targets • The manager will be able to run this office as their own with the support of head office for payroll and internal functions
