Job Description

Are you a Salesforce expert that is driven to improve experiences for customers and internal users? Are you keen to do this with an organisation that makes a genuine difference to people's lives? If the answer is yes, then our Salesforce Administrator could be the role for you!

Despite the current circumstances we are still recruiting for roles. In compliance with UK Government advice relating to COVID-19 this role will be remotely based in line with our current workforce and we will supply you with the tools and technologies to enable you to do so. Similarly all interviews will be conducted by google hangouts or equivalent video conferring technologies.

It's a pivotal time for Technology at Which? as we drive forward our ambitious transformation programme, putting users at the heart of every product we create and evolving our technologies to deliver best in class user experiences. Over the next twelve months we will be developing both our commercial and advocacy product offering, trialling new ways of working, driving innovation and enabling the teams we work with through the provision of new platforms and technologies.

What you'll be doing

As our Salesforce Administrator, you will help us deliver and embed our Salesforce implementation and it's integration with Zuora. This high impact programme of work will in turn transform Which?'s subscription, marketing and customer service landscape and will have wide-reaching impact across our business.

Working as part of our Salesforce centre of excellence and alongside a team of specialists, you will be able to use your expertise to ensure that we are following best practice at every stage of the programme from design, testing and documentation.

The implementation is complex and we will be making use of Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Community; so this is a great opportunity for you to develop your knowledge across a number of different modules.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out Salesforce User Administration tasks, user access, System Security, Role and Profile modifications (including Permission Sets, Sharing Rules & Public Groups).
  • Creating and managing Workflow Rules and related declarative actions.
  • Proactively monitoring and identifying system changes in response to CRM strategy and business needs.
  • Creating and managing Data Metrics and Key Performance Indicators; to support business decisions, improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Creating and maintain supporting documentation, ensuring that processes/standards are adhered to.
  • Supporting & helping others to improve their Salesforce knowledge, skills and processes.

What we're looking for

Whilst we love a learning curve, we will need you to have proven experience in administering and managing Service Cloud and proven Admin skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules… Naturally, you will need to have excellent communication skills and take a collaborative approach to your work.

We are looking for a customer centric candidate that enjoys working with the business to find and implement solutions, support users and resolve technical issues.

If you have experience supporting Zuora this would be highly advantageous although not essential.

What we'll give you in return

When we're back in the office you'll find it modern, relaxed and friendly (including fresh fruit, subsidised canteen, great facilities for cyclists and lunchtime runners, two free healthy meals per week and a roof terrace to enjoy them on).

  • We have a 35 hour working week and offer flexible working with each team working one day from home (prior to lockdown).
  • There are excellent benefits including 28 days annual leave, private healthcare, and excellent pension scheme (and the usuals... Cycle to Work, season ticket loan scheme etc.) We even have access to a private section of Regent's park which is handy for hot summers and team building events!

At Which? we value diversity and we're committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone is able to be themselves and to reach their full potential. We want to receive applications from people of all backgrounds and cultures and believe that a diverse workforce helps us to understand and create a positive impact for consumers.
