My client is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator for this busy North London Housing Association. Please find some of the duties below. They are not wholly exhaustive.

The ideal candidate will have experience of all or the majority of these the below tasks.

• The purpose of the Contract and Compliance (CC) Administrator role is to assist the Housing Options Service in delivering its key objectives of preventing homelessness through high quality advice and good quality accommodation.
• The CC Administrator will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support for services within the temporary accommodation function, helping to ensure that the team operates effectively and efficiently.
• The post holder will need to provide a high standard of customer service, and utilise strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone with customers and external clients.

The work of the Contracts and Compliance Administrator will be set in an environment of constant change, and will require the post holder to be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as required.
