This is an exciting opportunity for an Admininstration Assistant to join an enthusiastic team, delivering Infrastructure services to a wide range of clients across the UK, with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company.

Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of onsite testing. Now we need an Administration Assistant within our team.

A key attribute of a great Administrator is multitasking. You will collaborate with employees, assist with the operations within the company, communicate with management and take part in planning the needs of the company.

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls / emails regarding bookings / collections and various other queries
  • Assist the operations team in the day to day running. This will involve creating site instructions for the technicians and drivers as well as assisting in organisation of equipment.
  • Set up new contracts on our in house system and assist with purchasing
  • Provide cover for the diary management team during periods of annual leave.
