A highly reputable Glasgow-based firm of Chartered Accountants is offering the opportunity to join their experienced business advisory team as a Senior Accounts Assistant.

You will ideally have a strong knowledge of Cloud Accounting software and experience preparing full sets of accounts, working within a professional firm of Accountants.

What will the day to day look like?

• Working in a team environment, you will gain experience of working with a range of clients
• You will offer support to your own client portfolio for accounts preparation, preparation of tax computations, bookkeeping and ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met
• Coaching and mentoring of junior team members
• Use of accounting software packages and cloud accounting packages

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous work experience gained within a professional firm of Accountants is essential. You can prepare accounts to completion. Cloud software knowledge is advantageous. You will ideally be working towards completion of ACCA or equivalent.
