Together for Mental Wellbeing are recruiting for a part time Case Management System/Customer Relationship Management system administrator role based initially from home and later on at Together’s National Office in Central London. Organised and observant, you’ll enjoy knowing that your work supporting staff with using the system and maintaining our CRM is helping us to track the progress of the people we support and support them to achieve their goals.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to draw upon your extensive administration experience to support us to maintain and update our CRM and work as part of our Quality Improvement team to support the use of our CRM across the organisation.
You can also use your knowledge to support the development of training materials and guidance. You will support the team with general administration support including communicating via a range of channels and settings to staff across Together. This helps us at Together to ensure that our values are embedded into our systems and to support us to better evidence our work with people.
You will have excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of using a Client Management System and Microsoft Office, the ability to prioritise and manage your time and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
This role will initially be home based and 10h a week with set working times to be agreed in advance of the start date. Together’s offices are currently closed while safe access is being planned for in the light of coronavirus. Once we are able to return to the office, this role will become 20 hours a week over 3-4 days.
The annual salary for the role at 10 hours per week is £6243.01 (plus £968 Geographical allowance).
The annual salary for the role at 20 hours per week is £12486.02 (plus £1936 Geographical allowance).
