Job Description

You will be responsible for processing a range of monthly payrolls across us, ensuring full adherence to HMRC guidelines on tax, pensions and national insurance.
Other key duties include processing rates of pay and tax code amendments; leavers/new starts administration; preparation of monthly reports and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
A knowledge of PAYE rules including HMRC reporting (RTI) is essential and previous experience of working with the iTrent Payroll system would be advantageous.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should have demonstrated Payroll experience and must have excellent accuracy, numeracy and IT skills, particularly Excel. You will have good communication and planning skills and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines. A full driving license is essential.
